All our systems are tested and proven, not just by the riders and horses that work on it every day, but with scientific measurements that give us information about the most important values.

EBB-AND-FLOW-IQ

Ebb & flow arena 2.0

With our Ebb & Flow 2.0 irrigation system, we replace the 12 inch/30 cm sand layer by a gravel bed in the lower 5 inches/12,5 cm.

This INNOVATION enhances the quantity and speed of drainage of your Ebb & Flow arena, taking away the known problem of over-compacting of sand in the lower layer, which slows down drainage, and is very difficult to restore.

Without doubt Ebb & Flow 2.0 raises the longevity of your arena, and additionally reduces the costs of installation and maintenance. And of course, we take all the precautions that the gravel does not jeopardize the impermeability of the liner.

Ebb & Flow NextGen with Shock Absorption Pad

Incorporating the worlds renown shock absorption pad HSPG has been a game changer in the market.

Teaming up with Hof Kasselmann and the Horse Competence Center Germany, we are installing this INNOVATIVE product for clients all around the world since 2016.

The cushioning reducing memory foam pads, in combination with the correct footing mix, have been tested by Lars Roepstorff around the globe, and shown a proven advantage of 30 % in shock absorption, compared to surfaces without the HSPG pad. The Orono Biomechanical Surface Tester (OBST), the official FEI measuring tool for the Footing Standard, has been used for all these in situ tests. In combination with the Ebb & Flow irrigation system it is clearly setting the standard for Next Generation Footing Systems.

ARENA

Subterranean Drip Irrigation

This Footing system consists of the classic matting system used as permanent separation layer and has been developed for a reduction in water consumption and homogeneity in the footing layer.

Therefore, it has an INNOVATIVE rail system where to install the drip irrigation lines. The capillary effect of the sand allows this system to be built on a slope of up to 1,5%, speeding up drainage during monsoon like rains.
